These pregnancy yoga classes are for any stage of pregnancy and all levels of yoga practice. Laura will guide you and other Mamas in this 60 minute Antenatal yoga class focused on helping you connect to your body and baby during this very special time of change. We will move our bodies through a balance of effort and ease so we can bring some of what we learn into birth, parenthood, and beyond. Think stretching, core strengthening, pelvic floor excercises, and above all connecting with other mamas. You are welcome in your first trimester if you have been practicing yoga or very physically active pre-pregnancy and are prioritizing your rest when you need it. Second and third trimester mamas welcome with any or no yoga experience. Please email with any questions.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 500 RYT Advanced Yoga Teacher trained at Yoga Tree San Francisco and Yoga to the People San Francisco

  • RPYT - Registered Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher trained with Jane Austin (San Francisco) and Sally Parkes (London)

  • British Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certified

  • DBS background check certified
